When Hoof asked if anyone had heard if Zoe had collected her prize yet; he was greeted by sighs and head shakes.
'More importantly does anyone know what prize she has won?' quizzed Rainbow.
Shrugs of shoulders and mutterings of 'No not yet' was the only response.
'Never mind, if you listen in a moment, I have a few tasks to help take your mind off prizes and such stuff and nonsense;' smiled Crabby.
Not giving his pals any time to object he swiftly continued, 'When we talked about Lord Flash I forgot to mention one of his friends, John Byrom. He was a poet, inventor and a man of mystery. Your tasks will be to find out more about his exploits. I will divide you into two groups, one will be led by me and the other by Skipper.'
Whilst Crabby paused for breath, Barnacle whispered, 'Tweedledum and Tweedledee eh!'
Pretending not to hear this remark, Crabby continued, 'Pearl and Barnacle as you are forever telling us about the surf perhaps you should be in the group surfing the net for information some of your friends can join you. The rest will search in the Lighthouse reading room to discover information. Skipper in your own time, march your group off to Lighthouse Corner. The rest follow me.'
Skipper's reply of, 'Aye aye, Tweedledum.' was the signal for many of the Merry Crew to start chuckling.
